Refunds & Cancelations

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. All charge backs and fraudulent orders made we will not be held responsible because that is considered theft and we are a small business. You have 7 days to request a return/label for  products once received. We only accept returns if they are in the same condition. We will not except your return if any of the items are used, smell like perfume, or the tags have been removed. All of the clothing in the graphic tee section is hand made and made to order and will not be refunded along with anything else that is hand made such as our cups and tray sets. In order to receive a return label you can email us and we will send you a paid return label. If any mistakes are made on our end or a product is damaged we will refund you. Most our orders come with insurance to cover the damages through USPS. If a piece of clothing doesn’t fit you we will do an exchange. You can not cancel any orders after 24hours of being placed or if it has already been shipped. We do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied and happy.
