Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days depending on the volume of orders we received and holiday seasons. Our website includes free USA shipping. Most orders will be shipped priority through USPS and will take 2-3 business days to arrive. If you order one item or your package is light we use USPS regular ground shipping which is around 3-5 business days to be delivered. Most orders come with free insurance to protect your order from any damages during transportation. The insurance usually covers up to $100. If for any reason you want to add insurance to your package or make sure it's included feel free to email us your order number slaybasicsco@aol.com. You'll also receive a conformation email after ordering with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages after they are received by the post office. If your package is lost/stolen you can file a claim with the postal service and use the insurance on your order to receive your money back.
